I'm Steve. I have spent most of my professional life studying the ancient earth through the study of geology, but I always return to bread. Much like my interest in the earth's past, I have always been fascinated by the time-honored tradition of bread baking and its ancestral ties to early humanity. My loaves are mixed and prepared by my hands only in my home bakery using Central Milling's whole grain flours.
